Hiding in the warm sky tavern, taking off your coat, drinking wine and eating meat, looking through the glass at the sulfur mountain, Banff town, the hotel at the foot of the mountain, and the cold wind and snow that rage outside, this is Sky Bistro! Really in the sky!
